David has been maintaining my lawn and yard for 7 years. He does an excellent job for a reasonable price. He is very reliable and has never not shown up when expected. During the summer David comes every two weeks. However if he feels the lawn doesn’t need to be cut he will let me know and reschedule. David has also done other projects. He cleared trees at back of my property that opened up my view of the lake. He has also trimmed the dead branches from large trees in both the front and back yard.
